Circa pochi giorni fa, Microsoft ha rilasciato un nuovo firmware per i suoi convertibili di vecchia generazione, Surface 3 e Surface Pro 3; l’update software ha creato alcuni problemi per molti utenti. A seguire la soluzione ed il changelog ufficiale dell’aggiornamento:

I problemi riscontrati riguardano instabilità e crash di sistema su Surface Pro 3 mentre per gli altri modelli non ci sono lamentele. Per risolverlo è necessario ripristinare i driver delle impostazioni della Surface Pen alla versione di marzo 2015. I passaggi da effettuare sono i seguenti:
- Aprire il Pannello di Controllo
- Andare in Gestione Dispositivi
- Andare su Human Interface Device (HID)
- Doppio click su Impostazioni Surface Pen
- Ripristinare i driver nella seconda scheda Driver.
Si spera che presto Microsoft possa rilasciare un nuovo aggiornamento per risolvere questo problema che causa BSOD. Vi terremo aggiornati in caso di novità.
